Every base installation includes wall masonry drilling, mounting brackets, up to 3 meters of copper piping with insulation trunking, electrical connections, system vacuum leak testing, and complete setup check.

If your layout requires more than the included 3 meters of pipe, you will be billed per additional meter. You can adjust this in the scheduler calculator to see a precise estimate beforehand.

If the installer cannot take the request — for example the selected time no longer works — they decline it and you get an in-app alert right away, so you can pick another time or another installer. There is no upfront payment through ORVIA — you pay the installer directly after the work is completed.
